All items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the receipt. Items must be returned in the same original condition, and packaging, without damage and unused. If there is evidence to suggest that the items have been used or there is any damage that decrease the value of the product the customer loses the right to exercise a return.

All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Project Miiau will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.

To avoid returns because of a wrong size we proportioned instructions and a table measurement ring to make sure you order the correct one.

Customized and/or made to order items (bespoke) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items with personal engravings and products made for you in a size that we do not have in stock.
